“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a Ride!”

― Hunter S. Thompson

A quote that really resonates with me and my style of living. Having the courage and confidence to be bold, to be authentically you, and to walk your own path doing what drives you is far more important than anything else.

Playing starkers in the front yard, just a pair of red wellies and a basketball in hand, I was fearless, fun, and free. Growing up in a small rural town in Australia, when asked what I wanted to be, my answer was always the same: “I’m going to be an artist, and Michael (my twin) will be a troll living under bridges, scaring people.”

As a sensitive soul with a huge heart, navigating the world was challenging until I learned to trust myself and the magic of the universe. After enduring years of bullying and working tirelessly for a decade to reconnect with that fearless little girl, I continuously evolved, facing many demons and conquering numerous challenges. In truth, that has only been the beginning of my journey. What lies ahead promises to be the most vibrant, alive life I can imagine.

A constant in my life has been following my intuition and spiritual path, coupled with a passion for serving others and helping them fulfil their potential. Friends and family know me as the one always pushing boundaries—embracing adventures, exploring new ways of living, and doing things my way. Headstrong and unconventional, I thrive in the company of other mavericks and free thinkers, and I love helping others break free from convention either internally or externally.

As a high achiever with an unstoppable drive to bring my dreams to life, I’ve followed countless intuitive nudges, buying a one-way ticket to London at 22, shifting from a primary school teacher to a Personal Performance Coach with zero business experience, moving to Bali to deepen my healing, and relocating to Costa Rica to realign my work with my soul’s purpose as a Spiritual Coach & Advisor. Most recently, I followed another breadcrumb and became a co-author of the international best-seller That Impact Book, which launched with a billboard in Times Square in March 2025 where we were all dressed in gold, talk about WILD! I don’t do surface, I need depth to breathe.

Each move has taken me closer to discovering my true self and purpose, like peeling back layers of an onion—letting go of the old to welcome the new. For nearly ten years, I’ve coached clients from all walks of life—executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, and high achievers—helping them feel seen, heard, and understood. I make spirituality practical and relatable, guiding clients to new levels of happiness and success while uncovering deeper truths about themselves and the world.

If you’re ready for an upgrade and want to realize your full potential while deepening your sense of self and belonging, I’m here for you.

With grace & gratitude

Jayne
